Turbo was one of four horses that Hanaeleh took in when they were told of a woman who had passed away suddenly when her tractor flipped backwards onto her. Turbo was a registered Tennessee Walking Horse stallion who was in his twenties. Hanaeleh contacted several veterinarians, who suggested that they not geld him at his age. Because Hanaeleh does not have a facility designed for stallions, they were very thankful when a Tennessee Walking Horse ranch in Northern California offered to take him and allow him to retire there.
