Savannah is a 15.2 hand Paint Quarter horse mare. She was originally a broodmare but in 2012 had been found starving with her foal at her side. Her foal found a home and Hanaeleh rehabilitated Savannah and she was adopted out in 2013. Last month, her owner contacted Hanaeleh and said he could no longer keep her due to his medical issues, so she came back to Hanaeleh, and is once again looking for her forever home!
Savannah is a beautiful mare and is very, very sweet. She loves attention and carrots, especially! Savannah does have navicular and needs shoes with pads to keep her comfortable. She would be good for an intermediate rider who wanted to do light trail riding (1-2 miles) or light arena work (walk/trot).
