Hanaeleh is looking for a bright, willing individual 18 years or older who would like to work with a film producer on making a series of short clips/commercials and a short movie about ending horse slaughter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a seasoned Hollywood veteran to help promote our anti-slaughter campaign. Anyone who’s thinking of going into the movie business on any level may find a great benefit from this internship.
This is an unpaid internship, and will require between 10-20 hours of work a week (less when not in production, possibly more if we are shooting). The internship is slated to last three months, although we’re hoping to increase the time should the need arise. The Intern will work closely with the director and will report regularly to Hanaeleh’s president. Duties also include procuring actors/camera operators/makeup artists, etc., so a knowledge of the field is highly valuable.
The ideal candidate must be proficient on the computer and comfortable in using social media, as well as have an ability and desire to work with others. Interns may have to travel between the L.A. and O.C. areas, so individual transportation is a requirement.
We really are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated, and who also is truly dedicated to animal welfare.
If you’re interested, please submit your resume, CV or a short paragraph explaining why you think you should be considered for this internship to: elizabeth@hanaeleh.org.
