Hanaeleh was contacted by a woman who is looking for help in rehoming their family’s horse. Unfortunately they are no longer in a position to care for Bandero, so they are looking to find him a good home.
Bandero is around 12-13 years old. He is about 14.2 hands, and is a Quarter horse/Arabian cross. The family says he is very sweet-natured and gentle. Unfortunately, Bandero was diagnosed with navicular last year, but their farrier has been using silipak pads and egg-bar shoes to help keep him comfortable and he is still rideable. He would make a lovely pleasure/trail horse or family horse for someone- the new owners would just need to make sure his feet are done regularly, and that he is given a daily anti-inflammatory. The owners have the latest vet check reports.
