Boxer is a 16 year-old registered Halflinger who needs a home as his owner is no longer able to afford his care. Boxer stands for the farrier, trailers, trims and is trained to ride western. His owner has ridden him in the arena and on trail. Hercules would be good for an adult or experienced child, and while his owner says he is not spooky, he can crowhop if not warmed up. He is good with other horses.
Hercules currently has shoes and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. He is due for a teeth float. His owner says that he is healthy and has never been sick except for the fact that he has Squamous Cell Carcinoma in his eyes. This does not affect his vision. His owner has tried two surgeries to try to remove the cancer, but it has come back, and cannot afford another surgery.
