It’s that time of year again- time to dress up the horses in silly costumes and parade them around for no apparent reason.
Yes- it’s Hanaeleh Halloween!
As we have done for the past few years, this Saturday our lovely volunteers are going to dress up the horses in wild and crazy outfits, making the horses wonder why they still put up with us. In addition to our costume contest, we will have apple bobbing, pumpkins to carve, a game of horseshoes, and a pinata to bash in. Yay!
This is a great time to bring your friends and family to come out and visit the horses. If you would like , please bring a potluck dish to share with humans (and/or treats for the horses!). Bring your camera, too, so you can immortalize the patience of horses as they are dressed in very silly outfits.
If you have never been to Hanaeleh, please e-mail us: info@hanaeleh.org and we will send you directions.
