Socks is a 13 year-old bay Paso Fino gelding. He is healthy and is currently only on hay (no supplements). He is barefoot and sound. He does have a club foot, but it doesn't affect him as long as he has regular farrier trims. We were contacted a woman who rescued Socks a few years ago. Southern California: We were contacted by a woman who rescued two horses from a kill pen in Bowie, Texas. She has been caring for them, but she is no longer able to afford to care for them.
