Update: Grace Goes Out on Trail!

We took in Hope and Grace a few months ago, and they have been doing very well! When we first got them, they were so bonded that we could barely take one a few feet from the other without them calling for one another. Now, they are able to go out, get groomed or exercised, and are just fine with leaving the other. A few weeks ago we began taking Grace out on the street and trail by Hanaeleh. We received a message this morning from one of our supporters. Her neighbor is giving her grief, and she needs help with two horses she took in out of the kindness of her heart. She writes: I’m desperate to find a home for two horses. I rescued the 16 year old from a woman dying from cancer and the other one is her baby. I am desperate. URGENT! 15 y/o Mustang Gelding in Danger- Needs Home ASAP

We received a call from a woman in Bakersfield who is desperately trying to find a home for a horse at her stable. He is a 15 year old Mustang gelding, who was caught in the wild when he was just a foal. He was injured during the roundup and has a hip injury.  The people at the stable don't know if he can be ridden, but he is very sweet, has good ground manners, and can be exercised in the arena and round pen.
