Riverside, CA: Palomino Paint Mare (Pony) Needs Home!

We were contacted by an animal control officer who rescued a Palomino Paint Mare from the shelter. The pony had come in thin and needing vet and farrier care, which she provided. She renamed the pony Allison, and has made sure she has a good diet and is current on all of her medical and farrier care. We were contacted by a woman in San Diego county who helped someone rescue a Hackney pony when his owners moved to Arizona and could not take him. Unfortunately, she is no longer able to care for him, either, and would like to find him a new home. She is uncertain how old he is, but assumes he is in his mid-20s.
