California is in the middle of a major storm event, but thankfully we are south enough of the worst of the rain and wind that has been doing so much damage to areas in the north. What a Great Workday!

This past Saturday we had the first workday of the year, and we had a LOT of projects that needed to get done before the huge rainstorm that is coming our way! First, we had 40 yards of mulch delivered last week. The owner of the property was kind enough to move the huge pile around the property so we just had to spread it- even then, it was quite a bit of work! Gabriel Has a New Shelter!

A few weeks ago Gabriel was returned to Hanaeleh. We always take our horses back after being adopted, no matter the reason. Unfortunately, we were completely full and we didn’t have any stalls available, so we made a makeshift stall for him, hoping that eventually he would be able to live in the paddock with Hope.
