We are very pleased to announce that Brutus has found his new home! His new mom, Kelley, is a long-time friend of Hanaeleh. UPDATE: Hope and Grace Practice Real Estate
This past weekend Hanaeleh was invited to bring over a few horses to a neighboring facility that was just recently put up for sale. The equestrian property is just around the corner from Hanaeleh, and the agent, Ashlyn Moore, wanted to have some horses in the arena while it was being shown. We thought it would be great to get some more exposure for Hope and Grace, and also to talk with people about Hanaeleh. URGENT! 15 y/o Mustang Gelding in Danger- Needs Home ASAP
We received a call from a woman in Bakersfield who is desperately trying to find a home for a horse at her stable. He is a 15 year old Mustang gelding, who was caught in the wild when he was just a foal. He was injured during the roundup and has a hip injury. The people at the stable don't know if he can be ridden, but he is very sweet, has good ground manners, and can be exercised in the arena and round pen. You may remember just a few months ago when we rescued Hope and Grace from a neglect situation in Orange County. We are pleased to note that with just some decent farrier and vet care, as well as a lot of food and TLC, both Hope and Grace are up for adoption!
