Blue is a 20 year-old Thoroughbred gelding who was rescued when his previous owner wanted to put him down, but then his current owner had family issues and left the state, abandoning him at her friend’s boarding facility. The friend can no longer continue to pay for Blue’s upkeep, and would like to find a home for him ASAP.
Blue does not have a tattoo, so he was never raced., and may even be a warmblood cross. He has a knee issue, so he would only be able to be walked under saddle with a light rider or child. He would also be a good companion horse for someone, as he is otherwise healthy and is “pasture sound.” He is very sweet with people and would be a good horse for a therapy program as well.
