We were recently contacted by a woman who took in two horses—Brady and Quebec—after a friend moved away. Now, she is relocating out of state and, unfortunately, cannot bring the horses with her.
Please note: Brady and Quebec are not currently at Hanaeleh. We are simply assisting in the search for a new home.
If you are in a position to give these two horses a safe, loving place to land, please fill out our horse inquiry form.
Brady- 14 year-old Thoroughbred Gelding
Brady is a retired OTTB. He has navicular and can still be ridden by a light rider, but he has not been ridden in a few years.
Quebec- 20 year-old Mare
The current owner doesn’t know if Quebec has ever been trained to ride. She is a bit skittish and the owner believes that she was abused in her past because she gets fearful when she is approached with a lead rope. The owner says she is really an amazing horse, but needs someone to help break through some of her fear issues.
Brady and Quebec are a bonded pair and will be adopted together. The owner has been trying to find them a good home, but she is concerned that they might be sold or separated, so any new owner will need to ensure that the horses will be kept together.
For more information on Brady and Quebec, please fill out our horse inquiry form. All inquiries will be forwarded onto the owner.
