Update: We received word that all three of these horses found a new home and are safe! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped to share this post!
Hanaeleh was contacted by a family in San Diego who is trying to find homes for three Quarter horses. The mother has terminal cancer and can no longer care for her horses, and the family is unable to do so.
The horses are listed below. They do not have to go together; the family just wants to make sure they go to a good home:
Buck
Buck is a 10 year-old Palomino Quarter horse gelding. He is very sweet and is trained to ride, but needs a high intermediate or experienced rider.
Tray
Tray is a 13 year-old black Quarter horse gelding. He has a hurt leg from barbed wire from a previous owner. He is on medication to keep him comfortable. He is very sweet and would be a good companion horse.
Cowboy
Cowboy is a 23 year-old bay Quarter horse gelding. He was a show horse and is trained to ride. He is still rideable, but has not been ridden in a few years.
These horses are NOT at Hanaeleh- they are still with the family. For more information, please contact Ramon directly: ramon113087@yahoo.com or via phone: 619-791-9226.
